  • Can i exchange my item?
    We do not offer exchanges for items purchased on our Site. Please refer to our refund and returns policy for imformation on refunds and returns
  • What is the best way to contact you?

  • Order Confirmation
    Once you place an order with us, we will send you an order confirmation email. This email is important as it will contains your order details. If neccessary to start a return if you decide you want to return the item.
  • Can my package be redirected?
    Unfortunatley your package can not be redrected once you placed your order with us
  • VAT
    VAT will be appplied on all orders within UK and Europe. VAT is included in the price of listed products on our site.
  • Can i change my order once its been placed?
    Unfortunatley not, you can not change your order once its been placed. However you can return the product within 14 days of recieving your parcel. Please refer to our refund and returns policy for imformation about returns and refunds
  • Do i need an account to purchase on your website?
    If you want to purcahse items available for sale on our website, you do not need an account to do so
